I really like the song. It has a really nice happy, summer feel. I agree, the synths need a little work. Really good job! Congrats on making the top 5 for the Summer Dance contest.
this has a nice feel to it and a good melody, the piano and other kinda acoustic instruments sound good. one thing i would work on is the some of the synths in the first half of the song, try playing around with different types and amounts of distortion fx on intruments, you can get some cool sounds from it. make sure to put the distortion fx before any reverb it messes it up. for example put some foldback distortion around 30ish% on a guitar sound like the muted or hawaiian then add a little reverb n it sounds real. hope this helps a little anyway, message me any questions you need help with!
