A WORD FROM FORESIGHT!
“My personal favorite track was “Nova,” by Ozcii. I absolutely loved the garage influence in the drop, and the sudden changeups between grimy basses never gets old. The key change in the second drop is just unbelievable. Congrats to Cal, Ejektor, and Cyberbit for placing the top 3! I loved listening to every one of these tracks, thank you all so much for entering”

A WORD FROM GRAWL!X
“Personally, my favorite track out of all of the incredible entries was ‘An Hour’ by cyberbit. One of, if not the, most complex and incredible track ever made on soundation. If any entry deserves a feature, it’s that one. Thanks so much for entering!”

A WORD FROM CYCLOSA

good idea, I haven't tackled dubstep in a while and am at Uni which is never very promising for getting tracks made but I may enter, I hope I find the time :)

@audial, you can use an outside daw if you post to soundcloud and post a blank track with the link to the soundcloud song on this group ;)

yep, I agree it's about how you master your DAW, I just reckon some are easier to master and more powerful than others

@Audial I do see your point, soundation does have its limits. However I still stand by the fact that it's all up to how well you use the materials you're given. If you can utilize soundation as well as Cosmic Candy or Xephyr does you can create things just as good as other can using other DAW's. I know many producers who pirated FL and tons of plugins, then got some fancy speakers and still make horrible music. I've used Logic for about 8 months now, and lots of soundation users still make songs better than I do! Just my personal opinion though. :)

This sounds fun. I'm not great at dubstep, but I'm gonna try. :P

but hey! if people are happy to think that then I might submit something, I can't import anything anymore so it'll have to be an old track unless that's not ok

haha, it sounds like I was being a douche at the start of that first comment, I thought you wrote "Lots of people make better things using soundation than 'THEY' do using Logic with Massive" rather than "I"

I don't agree one bit with BoricuaBeCrazy mainly because the people he named use soundation as far as I know, so he/she is at no disadvantage at all. but I also disagree with your comment saying it's time to stop seeing soundation as less powerful DAW, what has changed? nothing, so why is it time now that people have a different perspective? come an update I'd be happy to review my opinion.

and a hell of a lot more make better stuff on other platforms, from personaI experience I certainly do. let us not forget that as of yet soundation is undeniably a less powerful DAW than desktop DAWs, with time it can only get better and better but at this point it would be stupid to suggest that there is no advantage gained from using a DAW like FL.
