I'm gonna be honest with you. Soundation doesn't get a lot of girls, so having a girl would mean SIMP SIMP SIMP, or, in other words, you definitely have people following you because you're a girl. However, we still take your music seriously, music doesn't have a gender so caring about who made it is dumb.

Then again, I think it's okay to think that way at first because you may have not known about the community or anything about how people on the internet would treat you (like I did at first), but over all, I think there are a lot more nice people than there are rude nasty people out there like the people we're talking about. So like me, I thought people were going to hate my style when I first started, but I eventually got accepted and realized people like my style of music (I don't know why, it's bad), but anyway....
I don't think it's reasonable to say that even if it were to be true tbh. If you go into anywhere thinking that being a female is going to hold you back, that mentality will stick itself inside your brain then you'll think there's no point in trying if you can't win. I suggest not thinking that anything personal about you will ever hold you back. Because when the time actually comes for that to happen (I really hope you don't have to experience it), you'll fight through it better. That's my 2 cents, and honestly, music is music, I agree with @M33K0 though lol.
