Here is an sng I made to show you what I mean, this song is in f minor natural, and two of the notes you used in the bassline didn't fit in. It was offkey because the notes of the bassline didn't sound right with the other notes, mostly because some of the notes were sharp, most of them were fine, but some were off. Just listen to the beginning two basslines in my version and compare them to the proceeding two and you might understand what I mean.
