my music process goes like this (most of the time). first i make a random drop that sounds cool and then never finish the entire song and only release traccs every 3 months tbh

My music process goes like this (most of the time). First I invent a melody and bassline. Then I construct this in soundation with very generic sounds. When I have finished the first few bars I refine, edit and correct the sounds. I put lots of effort into the layout and usually listen to the WIP many times over to find out what I do and don't like. My song never sounds exactly the way i intended it to and that's usually ok. It means I have more ideas for later. If you want any sound design presets and tips, check out my group: SineSaw.

VOXEL, wanna give a noob some tips? I'm currently trying to figure out how to design my own music from my heart but its a bit difficult, any pointers would be appreciated. Reason I'm asking is, this drop is fire.
