I would recommend inserting a lead instrument after the 0:45, you could use a brass instrument or a Phased Sine if you want to have a lead melody. Or if you want to buildup into the beat drop you can add some pad strings there instead. There are different ways you can shape it around your style. I hope this helps! :)
