The only reason I believe what I do about it, is that first of all, I trust Noah, second, no one who just began music is ever that good, thirdly, I've never been wrong about someone stealing music because it's really easy to tell, and fourthly, I asked him to give me one of 'his' track so I could remix it then he said he didn't have the file which made me assume that it wasn't actually his track. But yeah, Noah Millar has plenty of tracks that he stole. Not only all that, but this kind of stuff happens a lot in music communities.

Sky, he lied to you. The songs he made weren't "midi packs". I've literally been looking at everything in FL for about 10 minutes and there aren't any midi packs that sound like the stuff he was "making". Ask @Noah Millar, he pointed out a few tracks that Neocept stole.
