I have no idea what you are listening to this through because this isnt panned at all. Also I don't really know what you mean by the bass not working. It isn't out of tune in any way. Listen to Epic by TheFatRat to get an idea of what I was aiming for.
1 there is to much reverb at 00:41
2 its panned a little weirdly to one side of the ear and it hurts its making my ears go numb and idk if that's a good thing
3 in my Opinion the pluck chords to me feel lazily put in because they don't really mix well and the sound is a little off for me
4 the bass needs to change. i don't know why that bass is in there because it really drags the song.
4.5 the notes of the bass are repeating even tho the chords change their pattern the bass has the same pattern
